My laptop with PO is acting up
so I can't participate.
This sucks because this was supposed to be my debut.
Oh well.

Joey, i'm trying to make a team build a team for this but what pokemon are not allowed into this ?? (ex: mewtwo, kyorge or lapras know sheer cold XD) Trying not to be last second oh right i need to make my team XD.
 
No way you can make a team yet, as I need to give you a gym leader for your team. Everything not allowed is in the OP. In?
 
Wait, why are Sand Stream and Drought banned? Just inputting my 2 cents, but they aren't really all that broken.

When you "Give" us a team based on the GL's, will the B/W GL's only have 3 pokemon in their team or will you improv 3 pokemon?
 
You will use the pokemon as instructed. All empty slots can be filled with what you want. Even Chili, Cress, and Cilan will be separated.The only group gym leaders that will stick together are Tate and Liza.
