Probably drop the Blissey. It's not a necessity, and it's really far from it actually. Add in two more Pokemon Communication.

Try using N over PONT, and try splitting 2 N/2 Juniper. Juniper is great draw, and it's also much better after you set the lock up. N is much better disruption, and is great against Yanmega decks. It also helps with preventing you from decking out.

You also need a Fire Energy in here, if there's much Reshiram in your area. Probably drop the 2nd Gloom, idk.

Lastly, you NEED Tropical Beach in this deck. Drop the 2nd Pichu, or the 4th Collector. If you don't have Tropical Beach, run a 2nd Cleffa instead, I guess.

-1 Double Colorless Energy
-1 Seeker

+1 Fire Energy
+1 Tropical Beach

You need a Fire Energy for SEL even though it has Rainbow because you want to save those for Donphans or Zekroms. The Tropical Beach is kind of unnecessary because it cost so much, but it was in the original build and is very useful on the first couple of turns.

^Potentially a limited understanding of the deck, there. The Fire Energy is not because Rainbow is better used on Donphan... at all. It's because they will try to Flare Destroy all of your Rainbow Energy, and having a virtual 5th Rainbow is amazing against TyRam. There is no other reason for it.

Tropical Beach is necessary, regardless of cost.

You do bring up a good point, however, that the 4th DCE is expendable if you're not ready to drop one of the cards in my post. You can also go the less Seeker, more Blissey route. That's player preference.
