Good buy?

What's a good buy? I'm choosing between Platinum and Rising Rivals.

I just got a rr booster box for 59. I think that was pretty good.
I'd say RR has better cards, especially better rare cards. There are a lot of SP staples in pl, though.

I'm not that interested in the SP line.

Then what exactly do you want in terms of cards?

If you don't need the poketurns/energy gain/ect. I'd go for RR. The level X's are much better. Flygon and Luxray are huge in the metagame right now and are both worth quite a bit. Most of the rares suck really badly, though.

Rising Rivals has better Rares than Platinum though, like Nidoqueen, Beedrill and maybe the Eeveelutions. If you don't look for SP stuff, Rising Rivals will be your choice.
