• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

If the strategy is to use Gengar, then yes, very much so. If not, then you still need to provide a description of what the deck does. Sorry, yo. xP

That said, I like it. I'd personally run a 2nd Lysandre, but that's because I really like Lysandre. Still, looks solid for a Gengar Waifu deck.
