If gengar gets knocked out, regardless of wether fainting spell is heads or tails, can you draw 8 cards on your turn?


Question 2: If Gengar is knocked out WITH RESCUE ENERGY, Can you activate Cynthias Feelings on the next turn?

The answer to both questions is yes. The use of Fainting Spell and/or the activation of Rescue Energy does not change the fact that Gengar was knocked out. Using Cynthia's Feelings the turn after your opponent KO's your Gengar will allow you to draw 8 cards.
