Does Wonder Energy when attached to a Fairy Pokémon prevent the knock out from Gengar's Creep Show?

Yes it does. Creep Show does not do any damage at all- it merely Knocks Out a Pokemon with three or more damage counters on it. Wonder Energy would block this, since it's an effect of an attack other than damage. So, your Fairy Pokemon have no need to fear the night!
