Definitly Gallade. Look at this:

Gallade's High Attack (Night Slash/X-Scissor) and okay Speed + Gardevoir's low Defense and okay Speed = OHKO with Gallade

Gardevoir's high Sp. Attack (Shadow Ball) + Gallade's high Sp. Defense = 2-3HKO with Gardevoir.

You see?

People... Stop making these threads. The sheer number of move combinations, hold items and EV distributions means that such arguments can never be resolved and are usually very circular. Not to mention that they're spammy (people are just saying "Gallade" without a reason).

Togeshroob pretty much answered the entire thread anyway.
