Ruling Foul Play v.s Land's Judgement

I was wondering that if I use Zoroark's Foul Play attack, can I choose Landorus's Land's Judgement attack and do the 150 Damage?

I feel like this has been asked before, but I couldn't find the post. Thanks in advance

Optional effects are different than something like say Reshiram's Blue Flare.

You would need a Fighting attached to Zoroark and choose to discard it in order to do the 150 damage from Land's Judgment.

Otherwise if all you have, is say a DCE attached, you'll only be able to do 80. The key words on Landorus is the "If you do" part. If you're not able to discard, you can't do the damage.
