If both players have Flygon active, who gets to place the damage first. Does the damage get placed, then the KOs are accounted for, or does it matter what order they happen. Sorry for no image, the image button isn't working ATM
 
Use a link if the image is broken. All effects that happen between turns are done before checking for KOs.~KA
 
It doesn't matter what order they happen in - they will all happen simultaneously, and then once they're all over you check for KOs.
