I orginally built this concept a while back, though worries about Buzzwole kept me from really considering doing anything with it, but the format is definately going to slow down. While the Buzzwole matchup is almost certainly a hard loss, this deck keeps up with Zoroark while outpacing Gardevoir and Rayquaza, it should be a good call for next format.

Pretty simple concept here. Just attack with Stunfisk, using whichever attack deals more damage and when it goes down bring up Zekrom GX and knock out whatever the opponent has active, using however many Electric Powers as needed. Zeraora can be used to nuke some of the more troublesome attackers, and the combo of Latios + Deoxys gives the deck a fighting chance against Buzzwole. Zebstrika gives the deck added draw power while Sudowoodo prevents Zoroark from OHKOing Stunfisk, which allows it to hit the highest possible damage with Flail in turn.
The deck works best in matchups where the opponent needs to evolve in order to win, as Stunfisk is capable of dealing with basics in short order, especially with the assistance of Electric Power. In other matchups rushing to power up Zeraora GX will be needed.
