If I were to use Espeon Prime's Poke Body Evolution Memories to use Umbreon's Attack Moonlight Fang, will pokemon with bodies and powers still damage Espeon Prime as the text on Umbreon states that "Umbreon cant be damaged"?

If any attack is copied by another Pokemon, replace that Pokemon's name with "this Pokemon". So just replace "Umbreon" in Moonlight Fang with "this Pokemon". It's an effect on the Pokemon actually using the attack - Espeon. Next turn, the Espeon using that attack can't be hurt by Pokemon with Powers or Bodies.
