Ruling empoleon

I have this card. Use a water pre made deck because Empoleon is a very good card to have. If you are looking for a card to go with it use a trainer card to help boost your attck or if you have low HP then use a potion. Note I don't play the game but I am going out on a limb and trying to help but I hope I could help.:)
 
You'd prolly get more responses in the card combos and strategies section lol.

The Eeveelution EXs are great with the card. Absol EX and Skarmory EX are also good. Prolly the best thing about Empoleon is Prinpup. It's a great middle stage for the line, it could prolly be great as a Stage 1 on its own, and its fast too.
 
i'd play him with feraligatr ex/cursed stone and Palkia to fetch it with... nice starter pokemon, high hp and useful turn 1.
 
I wonder why they did not make him an Eeveelution because it would be a good Eeveelution card but it is a basic Pokemon.:)

Which Walrein ex are you talking about because there are 2 Walrein ex in the current modified format but I assume you are talking about Walrein ex(PK)...
Anyway, I agree with what BWG said...
