If I KO a Belted Dusk X with a belt, would I only take one prize card? The card says that "Your opponent still takes a prize card.

Dusknoir Lv. X power makes it into a Stadium when it would be knocked out rather than be sent to the discard pile as normal. The power states "Your opponent still takes a prize card." to recognize that Dusknoir is considered "knocked out" after you use the power.
In this case, You would still take a prize plus one more prize for Expert Belt.
