Cobalion/Terrakion Builds

Hey guys!

I was just wondering if anybody had any creative builds for Cobalion / Terrakion. I real like the look of both these pokemon and really want to in some way include them in my team for online. I have an Impish Cobalion who i was thinking of putting 252 SpDef/ 252 Sp/ 4 att but wanted some opinions and ideas first. I have no ideas for Terrakion and have not caught him yet so that i can get the nature i want (IV's are of no concern to me).

Terakion is a physical attacker. He can run Scarf, SD, or Rock Polish. I've actually seen effective Terakions with both set-up moves. It's usually Jolly, I believe.
I've only ever seen Scarf Cobalion.
