chat problems

I'm trying to access the chatroom from porygon's page, and I always get a message that says that I'm not connected.

to connect : java.net.NoRouteToHostException : No route to host: connect

The above message is what I get every time. Any help?

I downloaded java but it destroyed my internet connection. Yet it also happens to me.
