Buffer Piece has to be discarded at the opponents next turn.. Oran doesn't

Buffer lets your opponent do -20 dmg. and will be discarded (After Your opponent turn), Oran Heals 20 dmg Between turns.

For example...
40HP Pokemon +Buffer piece takes 50 damage= -20 = takes 30 damage, not KO'd.
40HP Pok + Oran Berry Takes 50 damage= KO = Oran can't be activated.

oran will never go away unless ur dmged even thogh buffer saves u.
