Like the hinge breaking on my DSL's Last year the hinge broke completely and the system died. Then my other DSL died last year because some how the connector boke on the system I got both replaced. Then about a month ago my DSL hinge broke again and I don't know why. I saw a crack in the hinge. This time I fixed it with a piece of white duck tape by carefully inserting the tape in the crack between the botton mold and the round thing that holds it to the screens together. I made sure that the tape securely held the crack in place before pushing the tape clear down and it works like new again. It takes a bit to get the tape through but once you have it where you need it then it will work XD.
