None of these are techs. They are supporting pokemon, and starters. A tech is a random pokemon/trainer/supporter you added to your deck too help increase the machup against another deck. For example infernape DP was a tech in yamato's empoleon deck last worlds. It didn't fit, but it helped a few machups of that deck.
