Stormfront, it had tons of good cards in it. Most of the decks are still being played.

yeah,maybe pusa is getting more player friendly....And i forgot to add base set because that was the one which started it all.

Let's see....all the Neos, Unseen Forces, and the e-sets. UF and the Neos cuz they have Johto and the e-sets are just cool.

Legends Awakened (mostly because of Meowth (and Heatran)), Stormfront (Heatran Lv. X <3) and Rising Rivals (ROTOM FTW~). Yeah.
...And POP-8, because of the most awesome Heatran ever (as well as awesome Trainer/Supporter cards).

I forgot to post my own ;}, It would have to be stormfront it had so many good cards and cards with good artwork. My least favourite was delta spieces or whatever its called, when they changed the cards types and everything Tyranitar ex electric type? I mean WTF.

The best sets for me are
Base Set
Gym Challenge
Neo Genesis
Team Aqua and Team Magma
Team Rocket's Return
Legends Awakened
Unseen Forces
Great Encounters
Rising Rivals.
I can't pick one, alot of those gave us staples or Archetype cards. Some also had amazing artwork.

These 2 would be my favorite.

Lucky Egg from Advent of Arceus and Mudkip Pokepark Promo #1.

I think they both have awesome artwork.

All Pikachu are my favorite, but the best looking would be promo Mewtwo or Gharizard G X.
