If I do Bebe's Search and put a card on top can I get the card I put on top of my deck?

There have been cards in the past that didn't let you search for the same card you put in to pay the cost, but they specifically stated so (Magneton PK).
In the absence of that, there shouldn't be any reason you can't.

What you put on top of your deck is not public knowledge so you should be able to seeing as noone should really know what you put on top.
