I was wondering because at this link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/182401134867. A ebay person is selling 100 cards 80EX and 20 megas should I get it, and is it worth it?
They are indeed fake. You won't be able to use them in any sanctioned tournaments, nor will they have any value to collectors, and their quality is likely awful. They are "bad" in the sense that they are illegally made, but China has basically zero copyright laws so they can get away with printing them there.
For the sake of collectors everywhere, it's best to never support sellers like this so we can minimize their ilk as much as possible.
