Flygon's Body seems a bit broken and its Resistance should be (F)(L), seems like a typo.
Also word Flygons First Attack like like Sand Attack Makuhita DS, including the name.

I'd be glad to shrink my banner.  Wasn't sure how big it would show up...and does seem somewhat oversized, thanks for informing me.
As for spamming...I am not sure what your talking about, I was merely helping to edit the card...sorry if you don't like my advice as an Editor :(

I tried to fix my banner I hope it is small enough now. And I'm am leaving.

The art is okay, but I was expected to see a forest not a beach!

For the fonts, the half of the fonts seems to be right, but the other half looks wrong, try to make the cards in the Hidden Legends blanks (Are more easy to use for starters, I don't say this to hurt you). Also the Pikachu that you post in the image is a sprite, you need to use the Ken Sugimori one and shrink it.

the attack is broken, very broken, a Pichu can't use an attack like that, try to make an original attack and not to broken , because is an Uncommon card. Let me think, this can be:

(L) Speed Shock 10
Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 10 damage to each of your opponent's Benched Pokémon (Not apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon). If tails, this attack does nothing and Pichu does 10 damage to itself.

Also lower the HP to 40, a Pikachu have 50!

looks pretty cool, but there should not be more *s than exs. If there are about 250 cards it should have about 16-20 exs. It's your decision, though. All the cards seem to make up a pretty substantial set.
