(1) Keldeo's Resolution Forme Revealed! [6/10]

The face looks pretty cool so far, though it is definitely very similar in many ways to its original face. Looking forward to seeing the rest of its body, which should definitely make it feel more like a Forme and less like a makeover.

Wish it looked a little more different...but seeing as we're still unsure of the body, I can't complain yet! I do like how the mane extensions reflect its place with Colbalion, Terrakion, and Virizion. Similar, I suppose, to the red, blue, and silver circles which can be found on Regigigas representing the other Regis.

But seriously, I'm not liking this forme so far, it just looks like they made minor changes and called it a new forme.

We haven't seen it's whole body yet, be patient.

Some Pokemon have hardly any changed compared to this.

To this point, I was liking the alternate formes for the fifth gen legendaries, but this one is bull. I like Keldeo as he was. This just ruined him for me.

So you prefer Genesects forms to this?

I'm more excited about POKÉWOOD than this forme.

Those 3 sprouts from its mane are green, brown/yellow, and silver. Thus, representing the 3 muskateers.

I hope it has wings and/or an adult horse body, otherwise this is just stupid and very unworthy of being a new forme.

I was refering more to Kyurem's and the Kami triads' forms in BW2. I don't count Genesect as having them yet as he hasn't been officially announce. Stop using my words against me!

The fact that his body is covered up might not even be anything special. Maybe they wanted Keldeo's new forme's face to be huge. They still have all sorts of other images to put on the cover. If this was an exclusively Pokemon magazine, I would speculate about something myself. But the fact of the matter is Pokemon isn't the only thing in this magazine, even though it's obviously a popular part of it. And they still want people to actually open it and not just look at the cover to get the information they want (in this case what his entire new forme looks like.)

I think by this standard they were 'trying too hard' with every generation. At first I thought Male/Female Nidorans were dumb. To be honest, I thought Unown was dumb for having so many different formes. I remember a buddy of mine complaining about the Deoxys formes and how those were dumb (especially the defense forme.) Now they're widely accepted, and it's the same with Shaymin, Giratina, and (especially) Rotom's formes. A year or so after B2W2 come out, all the new formes will be widely accepted as what they are.

Name them please. Arceus and Genesect don't count. The other ones I can think of have more drastic changes than minor anatomical alterations, like a lengthened horn and feathers. Granted, we can't see his body, but if he is indeed an adult in this forme, then his face should have looked less... like that.

From my point of view, the original Keldeo (or at least his head) looks better than this. I don't see why they have to change it.

Patience... wait for the final image... I like it, although I'd prefer if the face looked more adult-like. Still looks too infant...
Also, what's the problem with new formes? It's always something new we get... Plus, most new formes look better than the originals to me (Giratina, Shaymin, and the Kyurem formes - specially the Kyurem formes).

You guys need to lighten up. Keldeo's form seems to be based on maturity. That's a great concept. He's growing from My Little Pony to My Mighty Stallion.

Although yeah, gen 5 has more alternative forms than a dragonball z saga, no denying that.

I'm also interested in stats. Pegasus wings giving it Hurricane would be hilarious in rain.

I just hope its body is more stronger, and larger. Because just editing his face and giving him a larger horn, and ignoring the fact about his size, it's kind of pointless to give him a new forme.

We've pretty much agreed on the fact that the current picture and the original forme hardly differ (or, if you really want to be technical, has more similarities than differences).

That is highly likley, as when you look where the brow things are, there is only 1 section, the rest is probably on the horn.
