You receive Darkrai on Mystery Gift. Go to Mystery Gift on the main menu, select "Receive Gift" then select "Get Via Nintendo WFC" then receive the Darkrai Gift when it shows up. It's called "It's Darkrai". Then go to a Pokemon Center and talk to the delivery guy in blue and he will give you Darkrai, and then you'll have Darkrai.
