Even without it's second attack it can still deal a solid 110 with a Choice Band. Though yet to be seen, I think this card could see play. Though Sylveon is gonna be like "you thought".

I do see this card being pretty good in Standard... but only with Wally. With Wally you can get him out by turn 2, much like Manectric, and start accelerating Energy. Arcanine has potential and it's been a while since we've seen a decent card for Tiger Doggo :p

Not gonna show any love for Mega Mewtwo? Aside from Dark and MAYBE Greninja, Mewtwo could hold its own pretty well post-rotation. I'm kinda thinking of running it with Clawitzer for acceleration. Then again Clawitzer can be good for a lot of then-bad Megas.
