I doubt it. Playing Town Map lets you control exactly what you get in prizes. If you play Rotomdex after, you will likely get those cards back in your deck, but then you wouldn't know exactly what your prizes are again. Better off just playing Town Map

Yep! When you remove the evolution, the max HP drops. If the damage ever exceeds the max HP at the end of an action, the pokemon is knocked out.

Umbreon's attack requires that you select a face down card. After playing Town Man, Umbreon's attack would only do the base damage.

That full art espeon is a pretty bad design. There is a lot of empty space above espeon on a spot on the card reserved for the art. Most of espeon is obscured behind the text...

If those pictures are accurate, then it contains no BREAKthrough. Those are two Roaring Skies and two Ancient Origins.
