Splash in Fates Collide Mew for M Mewtwo EX, since it can versatile xerneas for double damage?

I'd make room for the Mewtwo reprint and get ready to tech in 1-1 Galvantula for the inevitable rain dance decks. Also, what's the plan to deal with Mega-Ray? I suspect he will pick back up early in the format.

^Seconded, I'd go wtih Yveltal XY, since it gets energy acceleration and free Dark Cloak retreat. Also Darkness energy is not standard legal. :p Why do you use Shauna instead of N? I feel they work best together.

I would also consider running a M-Charizard Y in here, because of your Pyroar. Especially since normal Charizard EX gives 150 every other turn, which comes out to a paltry 75 a turn, which you could just as easily get from Reshiram.
