Good grief, how could I forget about Tool Drop... You OHKO Weavile, although they probably outspeed your setup. They need to discard 5 pokemon in order to OHKO a chomp, but that's not a terrible feat for the deck. I'd say evenish to slightly unfavorable, it's mostly about who gets set up...
