I was looking at Slowpoke and psyduck gx, Lapras, and Misty's request from the new set. My question was this. If memory serves, isnt there a couple pokemon with abilities to manipulate dice outcomes? If not, it is still a pretty nasty set up to say the least.

See I was thinking of maybe a Gardy deck because I havent had one. I know they hold there own and are an excellent dragon counter but i dont really see too many Ray decks for some reason. Mine has been very successful for me but maybe I'm just lucky so far.

OK maybe I should have clarified. I am not a total beginner to the game. I do already have a deck using a Charizard GX and Volcanions but now it isn't standard and this is more of a feeling people out and seeing what direction I would want to go for standard. Not really a beginner type...
