Pokegear 3.0 x3 (helps aquire a much needed supporter)

RE: ZPyS (HGSS-on)

First of all, this deck name I tink it's ZPSY. Second, your list has many errors (sorry if I'm being rude to you). 3 Shaymins? 2 are enough. 3-3 Yanmega Prime is the way to go, it works so much better. Pokéball isn't good enough to put in a deck. Pokégear? Do you know how many Draw Supporters you should play at least with Yanmega? 4 PONT, 3 Professor Juniper, 4 Copycat and 3 Judge. There is no need to have Pokégear in there. 3 Switch? This deck doesn't need any. It really isn't good in this deck. 2 Pokémon Reversal? 3 at least. Am I noticing that you don't have 4 Junk Arm in your list? You have to add those. Also, for your basics search, I would put 2 Collectors and 3 Duall Balls or 3 Collectors and 2 Duall Balls, see how it works for you. Really? 19 Lightning Energys? 3 Rainbows? Dude, you need only aproximatedly 14 Lightning Energys. If you're deck is consistent it can have 3 Energys in your hand, maybe not in your first hand but maybe on the hand that you have after using Juniper (or any other Draw Supporter) in the first turn.

So, the changes are:
-1 Shaymin UL
-1 Duall Ball
-2 Pokébballs
-2 Pokégear
-3 Switch
-2 Pokémon Collector
-3 Rainbow Energys
-5 Lightning Energy
Total 19 cards out

+1-1 Yanmega Prime
+4 Junk Arm
+1 Pokémon Rversal
+1 Copycat
+3 Professor Juniper
+3 Judge
+4 Plus Power
+1 Energy Retrieval

Test with these changes and see how it does. Your list up there was good for having 1 Zekrom attacking with Bolt Strike, ot 2 maybe in the whole game. It hasn't late game even with Yanmega, your list.

RE: ZPyS (HGSS-on)

i think the main goal to zpys(lol there is no official name for decks) is to be way faster then ur opponent. this build gives me the most consitancy.

i find 2 yanmega lines in this deck works great. hes not the main attacker, zekrom takes alot of prizes early game, yanmega only helps tak on dmg/ take on rock pokemon and its rlly ez to copy opponents hand size without using judges/copycats.

i find shaymin to be more important then pachirisu since i only drop it once
and shaymin i may drop it twice to move around energys. i made a hard decision droping pachirisu down to only 2 since ive hand many games were only having 2 screwed me.

this is all pretty much the deck needs, plus powers would be kewl but i make up for it in speed. Ive already tried the zekrom deck everyone is making (pretty much the same list you want me to try out) and didnt like it. You should try my deck list out then give me sum details.

Thx for the advice :)

RE: ZPyS (HGSS-on)

I tried it, and it lost against my Magneboar because it doesn't have enough late game. They put a RDL in game your game is over. That's the problem. Your list is very consistent in the beggining of the game, but in late game it doesn't stand a chance against Magneboar for example. Try with these changes again, and if you want I can PM my list, it works great and it almost always get the turn 1 Bolt Strike.

I dont have a problem with magneboar since i out speed it. with the speed, im allowed to do things like snipe RDL so he can be on shoted whenever it wants to come out and play/whenever i can reversal it.

I also tried out this deck, and, expecting it to be inconsistent, I was surprised. This is actually a pretty good decklist. Out of 3 matches I played with it, all against different decks, it won 2 of them. I do think these decks set up much slower than they usually have, but some of the things in this deck actually worked well. However, even after playing with it, I still think your deck can change a few things.

-1 Shaymin I never had to use Pachirisu or Shaymin more than once a match, as such all you need is two of each so they aren't prized
-1 Pokegear 3.0 this was okay but you didn't need 3
-2 Pokeball flippy effect makes it not as good as pokemon communication
-3 Switch never used it
-3 Rainbow Energy never used on shaymin or yanmega, it powers outrage up as well but DCE is better
-10

I didn't remove the dual balls/collectors or any energy, because, even though I at first believed it would be excessive, they really helped with getting set up easily on the first turn. Here's what I would add:

+1 Bouffalant This is a really great card, it easily revenges RDL and other Zekrom
+2 Pokemon Communication searches out any pokemon without a flip and I found with the dualball and collector I always had a pokemon in hand
+2 Pokemon Reversal this probably won you at least one of those matches, but it was lucky and would be better if you could get it easier
+2 Junk Arm lets you reuse reversal, communicator, etc. and lets you adjust you hand easily for yanmega
+3 Double Colorless Energy this lets you power up zekrom's outrage faster on those few turns where you don't have pachirisu and shaymin, also helps bouffalant
+10

kewl Thank you for trying it out!! most ppl dont try out the decks and just give advise based on common sense.

i made this deck (and keep adjusting it) so that it can beat any deck.

i liked the Boufffalant idea for a while, but that only helped vs zekrom decks/RDL decks rlly. RDL set up is kinda slow so i can take advantage of that. also i woulda have to add double colorless which would replace rainbow energy which i dont rlly think is worth it. Shaymin heal does come in handy from time to time(like when theres a sleep baby/or even awake baby i can either heal while they are stalling or KO baby pokemon without Sacrificing a zekrom or yanmega, and also get a nice heal off)
and double colorless doesnt help much since out rage is only good if it does atleast 30 dmg to KO babys, since i start first turn with 3+ energys i dont need a quick double colorless to catch me up to be able to outrage, i just keep fueling my pokemon each turn.

the -1 shaymin is possible and can make room for an extra reversal, im just not 100% made up on it yet.

pokegears are awesome, they work great when you have 3-4 of them lower then that itll feel like luck if i ever draw one of them.

pokeballsx2 are there to increase my chances of getting the pokemon i need for first turn bolt strike(alot of the time i start out with shaymin or pachi and no switch and i actually have to set least 4 energys that turn to get a first turn boltstrike and i need 4 pokemon total to pull it off in that situation) also helps get out yanmega.

switches are amazing pffffffffffffffft.

pokemon comm dont like it i need to have a pokemon in hand to give up in order to get one i want which is a situation that happens little, it just dont roll good in this deck since all the pokemon i pull are usable, only yanmega/yanma are worth stuffing back in the deck. ive tried it and just didnt fit in the deck to much requirements to make it work.

the changes i can make are -2 pokeballs and -1 rainbow and add +2 reversals +1 junk arm.
or +2 plus powers and +1 junk arm.(this way i have an option when using junk arm whether i need a plus power or a reversal.)

i will have to make changes and compare data between new and old list.

and thx again for ur input.

going over my actual deck list again i actually have 3 pachi and 2 shaymins.

getting out the energy is more important then mid game energy switcharooo or nice tiny heals.
