Ruling Zoroark's foul play with special dark energy

The attack foul play says that you copy the attack on the defending pokemon. I wanted to know that if he has a special dark energy attached to him does the damage still get increased by 10?

Zoroark will always be Dark type, so he can take advantage of the +10 from Special Dark Energy. Note that similar to PlusPower, the attack you copy has to deal direct damage for the +10 to be added (for example, copying Gengar's Shadow Room would not increase the damage counters while Zekrom's Outrage would).
