News Zeraora and Shiny Poipole Promos at Gamestop This Fall, Zeraora Download in October?

Europe will get it via the Trainer Club newsletter this month whilst the UK gets it... from Smyths Toys (why couldn't it have been at GAME jeez).
I like the fact we get shiny poipole, it’s a cool color scheme, however kind of makes the soft reset lose its value of achieving, even if they got the perfect nature ect.
Right, even if the news said its official, im sure the workers would still know nothing about this.
At first I was really excited to have a shiny naganedel, then I saw it is nature locked. Guess I'll keep the shiny for if I do a living dex.
So are there promos, or just codes?

Zeraora is a mythical so no. Naganadal is not a broken legend so is legal
So... was gamestop not doing a Lost Thunder promo, like the last few sets?
Apparently not. There is a card (a Suicune) with the Legendary stamp, but currently at some store in the UK. I don't get it either. Canada Toys R Us did a Dratini (with Dragon Majesty stamp) and Mareep (Lost Thunder stamp) weekend before last, but that seems to be it. Gamestop seems to be out of the mix. Maybe because they botched the Celestial Storm promo? I don't know. Doesn't explain the Legendary stamped promo.
