I ask to many lol. But here is another. Raichu X. It says Link Lightning is a poke-body. However, in that body, it says this power can't be used if Raichu is affected by a special condition. So this is my question:
Which would counter that body?
1) Power spray, because it does say power in the wording, OR
2) Dialga GX, cause it is a body?
I also have another question. It says Raichu cant use it if affected by a special condition, but when you level up, you get rid of all special conditions, correct? So how can you not use it then, cause you clear all conditions? Or is a whenever you want body-power thing? Like can I use it like 2 turns after I level up and use voltage shoot?
