Main Strategy:
Power up Yanmega ex using its ability and A. Attack and deal 210 setting up attackers (More later) or B. Use scramble switch to also set up attackers (surprise!).
The main attackers:
Iron Hands ex: After using Yanmega ex’s 210 attack, this card can be used to powerfully take three prizes on stage 2 pokemon such as Dragapult ex. Attach Future Booster Capsule or Heavy Baton depending on situation (if scramble switch used you probably want to use Heavy Baton to power up Wo-Chien ex).
Iron Bundle: Honestly a really solid attack (defending evolution pokemon can’t attack) that with scramble switch can pave the way for a strong Iron Hands play (and its ability isn’t bad).
Wellspring Mask Ogerpon ex: With Scramble Switch and Yanmega ex can be devastating early game on Drakloaks and Kirlias (or the basic forms of really any stage 2 lol).
Mew ex: Underrated attacker, from copying Dragapult spread (plus setting up another iron hands play
Wo-Chien ex: This or Bloodmoon Ursaluna ex. But since we’re running Team Rocket’s Watchtower and no other stadium, Bloodmoon Ursaluna ex can be a dead card if we play the stadium. Wo-Chief ex is a strong end game attacker if you save scramble switch (Yanmega ex). Even if your opponent has only taken 3 prize cards it hits 180 (squawkabilly) and can be strong after Wellspring Mask Ogerpon ex Torrential Pump. Heavy baton on Iron Hands can also power this attacker up. The 220 attack is also good if you don’t want an attacker that forces you to move energy to the bench. Heavy Baton can also be used on this Pokémon.
