Discussion XY BREAKThrough and XY Fates Collide Print Runs

Hey all,
I went to Target the other day and there was literally a TON of XY BREAKthrough and XY Fates Collide Elite Trainer Boxes. I haven't seen these sets' ETBs in years, so did XY BREAKThrough and XY Fates Collide get a new print run? And Lost Thunder didn't? The ETBS were also only $34.99, when these sets are, allegedly, out of print!

If anyone knows what's up with this please lmk.

My guess is they're trying to get rid of unsold product. Also the reason why a lot of boxes and tins have later-era XY packs in them lately.
