Pokemon XY BREAKThrough and XY Fates Collide Print Run?

Hey all,
I went to Target the other day and there was literally a TON of XY BREAKthrough and XY Fates Collide Elite Trainer Boxes. I haven't seen these sets' ETBs in years, so did XY BREAKThrough and XY Fates Collide get a new print run? And Lost Thunder didn't? The ETBS were also only $34.99, when these sets are, allegedly, out of print!

If anyone knows what's up with this please lmk.

That may be a stock that was sitting around a warehouse somewhere. All the years I've done Pokemon I've always seen older (older!) sets still on the shelves at the big retailers like Target.
