Ruling Winning by returning card?

The rulebook says:
You win if you take your last Prize card or if your opponent has no Benched Pokémon to
replace his or her Active Pokémon if it gets Knocked Out or otherwise removed from play.

Does that meen that you can win if your opponent only has one Pokemon in play and you return that Pokemon to his/her hand by using an attack like Pedgeot's Hurricane?

Unless the attack states that you cannot use that effect if they don't have any benched Pokemon, you can use it. You will win the game.~Mark
