Does anyone take requests? If they do, could someone make me a card with the following details:
Name: Fraxure
Hp: A resonable amount.
Type: Normal, or if you have a suitable blank, Dragon.
Ability: Something that increases attack damage if it meets a certain requirement.
Attacks: {C}{C} or Dragon energy x2 Dragon Pulse 30
The defending pokemon is now Paralyzed
{C}{C}{C} or Dragon energy x2 and one {C} Dragon Tail 50
Flip a coin, if heads, your opponent switches the Defending pokemon with one
of their Benched pokemon.
Retreat cost:{C}{C}
Pokedex entry: Best one.
Art: Any good art will do.

Currently, Fraxureking, we have a Art Requests Thread. While fake cards do belong here, I see no reason that a member couldn't include fakes in a shop. Currently, though, no one is offering fakes, so your best best is to leave a profile comment on some of the prominent fakers on the forums. In the future, just ask in that manner. As for your request, I'm willing to complete it, though -- just give me a day or two!
