From those choices I would have to say either Infernacatty or Flyvire DAX-Lock is a really bad deck from what I hear but the Empoleon verient may work in the end it all comes down to your metagame.;)
 
I think the most usefull deck that you said is Infercatty becuase is really fast and can do lots of damage only with few energy.
I'm going to vote in Infercatty.:)
 
None of you know what DAX-lock is. I posted it was that because I wanted you guys to stop guessing it was so annoying.
 
Blissey is amazing. Electivire is a decent combo with it. That'd be my choice, the card just destroyed a large portion of the BRs that it showed up at.

Electigon is the best between the ones that you chosem, but in general Empoleon without Mantyke is the best.
 
Please enlighten me, most people from the first page of this thread, how did your amazing DAX-LOCK do, during Battle Roads?
Also, anything with Blissey in it is the bdif.
