Where do people get their pokemon pics

The Pokemon Factory on Arkeis is in my opinion the best source as it as medium sized excellent pictures for most every Pokemon and a lot of BW animated sprites, however as they are not official you must give credit. The only issue I've had is that the pictures take a while to load, probably due to high quality.

Google images should have more than enough to suit your needs. If you're looking for something more specific, try using one of the sources other people already stated.
pearlsarrus.com has alot of good Pokemon images. Here is the link.

Planetrenders, Googles, the render thread here, Xous.... I get my stuff from a lot of places.
If you are looking for sugimori art, you can easily google it to find an online collection. I use bulbapedia for high quality .png sugimori art and sprites for every gen.
