Where can I get DP Promos 54 and 55?!

I'm pretty sure these promos have been discussed before and I'm sure a lot of people are wondering the same thing, but I thought I would just ask if anyone has ever seen these cards before and might possibly know where to get them (if they've been released).

And I know that there are French ones (I've seen the images). I'm referring specifically to the English versions (if they exist yet, of course).

They haven't officially been released in English yet.

I'm sure they won't be realeased in english, they're french exclusives. The Arceus set won't be realeased in french so they decided to include all Arceus cards in the french version of Supreme Victors. My guess is that these promos were realeased so every card related to Arceus has a french version since they didn't include arceus trainers in french SV.

So does that mean, here in America, we will never have any DP promos 54 and 55, will they make reprint American promos of those. or are they somehow going to throw different American promos at us down the line?

I'd be pulling for the Japanese Heatran that was revealed about the time Arceus came out and the Mamoswine that was in the 10th movie set (like the Dialga and Magnezone).
