there is so many good ones

which ranges from

arcanine ex
scizor ex
electrode ex
zapdos ex
jirachi dx
etc etc
 
The bests are probably Celio's, Steven's, Elm's, Mag and Pidgeot.
 
There is no best card, really... every card needs something to support it..

It's not like you can run Scizor by itself.
 
There is no such thing as being lucky with coin flips. Kirlia can be either plain evil or hopeless; it's all luck. But just one coin flip is broken, I'll give you that.

EX:Deoxys - Jirachi, Magcargo, Ludicolo, Ray ex, Metagross ex
EX:TRR - Dark Dragonite, Dark Electrode, Dark Tyranitar (both), Dark Ampharos, Dark Slowking, etc
EX:EM - Medicham ex, etc
EX:UF - Blissey ex, Scizor ex, Steelix ex, Ariados, Eeveelutions, Lugia ex etc
EX:DS - Dragonite, Metagross, Beedrill, Starmie, Gardevoir, etc
EX:LM - Delcatty, Cradily, Arcanine ex, Huntail, Gengar, Machamp, Armadlo ex, Mew, Mew ex etc.

There is just so many awesome cards that was used in most top-tier decks, not counting trainers and energies.
