I have download that patch, but if I click the Deck Editor button, both fields are empty.
 
I'd presume you're talking about Apprentice...

You need to move the Card Set info into the Sets folder for the cards to come up in Apprentice.
 
Then that's the reason why... Just go to the Pokebeach Apprentice Page and follow the instructions very closely and slowly.
