The Kanto region because nothing can beat it. It was the region that started it all and it was also the deepest roots of Pokemon. Johto,Hoenn and Sinnoh don't even come close. They are awesome but nothing beats Kanto.

Of course. None of the theme songs can compare with the first one. I used to watch it over and over again until I memerized it. And I still do have it memorized.
