Discussion What Does This Mean? - Symbol on Japanese Sun & Moon Cards

Hello everyone ! I need an experienced observer :3 to tell me what is the little [A] on the left bottom of the new japanese pokemon card Sun&Moon.

I am collecting them but I dont have any clue about the [A] meanings, is that the new first edition symbol ?

Bump. I am also very curious as to what the [A] symbol means. Anyone know?
 
not sure about Japanese cards, but the new A in a circle, on american ones mean that its a Alternate art version card. Instead of some cards being black star promos, now they are saying they are the same as the card in the set they came from, but just alternate art. To me, any card that comes in a box set collection, that isnt a reprint, is a promo.
 
Unfortunately, the circle A in western cards is very different from the mysterious [A] in the japanese cards. I just wish someone could shine some light on it.
