They show us who are dumb enough to ask for it and who are smart enough to go visit the FAQ topics and read up the answer there.

Go back to the Site Discussion forum and look for the Information for Newbies & FAQ thread or HP/EV/EXP/Level Thread.
 
Like others above have said...although I'll be more pleasant with my wordings...if you're new to the forums, please take the time to read over the rules AND the sticky threads in each forum, mainly the Trading, Deck Garage, and Site Discussion forums. Noobnerd's FAQ also answers a LOT of questions that new people tend to ask.
