Discussion What are the Most Viable Rogue Decks in the Current Metagame?

It really depends what you define as "rogue". My type of rogue deck is basically a deck themed around a Pokemon noone uses. Any deck that people know how to play that were once rogue (Wailord-EX, Exeggecutor), I don't consider rogue anymore. Or by rogue, do you mean something not played but people have heard of (Magma Camerupt-EX, M-Ray [N], etc) or something like Grant Manley's top 4 Nationals Manectric deck?
 
I'd say Hippowdon sticks out as being an anti-meta deck that placed fairly highly at nationals.
