Weedle Tekno Chrome Garage Sale Find

Hi, I purchased a pokemon album at a yard sale today. There are some trading cards inside that seem to be in very good shape. I know nothing about Pokemon cards, but I’m trying to learn fast. They are mostly unlimited cards which I realize aren’t worth much - But there are a few Topps Chrome cards, and this one in particular I can’t find much information about that I was hoping someone could point me to. it is a weedle Tekno chrome. Is that rare or worth anything?
