Ruling Weakness and envolving?

Hello my name is Andre i am 27year and from Sweden
Greetings, playing with my sisters doughter

1)Does weakness also apply to bench pokemon when you spread damage?


2) If I have a basic of a pokemon and stage1 and stage2 aswell can I upgrade them on the same turn?

or should wait and envole every round?

1. Weakness and resistance is not applied to benched Pokemon unless an attack says to apply weakness and resistance to benched Pokemon.

2. You can't evolve a Pokemon the same turn you put it in play. You can also only evolve it once per turn. The card Broken Time-Space gets around both of those stipulations. Some Pokemon also have an item that allows you to evolve it the turn you play it rather than having to wait until your next turn.~Mark
