WAY TOO SLOW! I CAN'T HANDLE IT!

The only problem I've had is with typing. I just replied to a thread and my words would just stop showing up. I have to wait a minute or two for the sentence I just typed to show up.

Btw I think the site looks horrible now...I came back from vacation last night and did not like how it looks at all...

I'm having the same typing problem.

This site is just a temporary while WPM finishes the real one.

This is the permanent site.

Which suggestion worked?

If it was disabling JavaScript, tell me exactly what browser you're using (like Firefox 3.0.1 or IE 7.0.5730.13). I'll look into it and file a bug against MyBB if necessary.

Well, the first thing didn't work, so I had to do both. And I have Internet Explorer 7 I think...6 or 7, I am not sure...

Oooh, wow, I just fired up IE7 and tried to reply to something. I see what everyone's talking about. After three lines it starts pausing frequently, and it gets worse the more text you add.

For those having issues, if you can, try Firefox 3.0. It does not suffer from these issues. And it's way better than IE anyway

EDIT: ARGH! It didn't work...wait...all I did was take down the Firewalls. Is there a way to just completely turn it off for 10 minutes?
